Pay Per Click Specialist - Houston ONLY:

We are in need of a contract-to-hire PPC specialist to manage several Google Adwords and some Yahoo/Bing Search accounts. Below are the skills we require:

1. GURU at Google Adwords (adwords certified is preferred)
2. Proficient at Yahoo Search and MSN Adcenter account management.
3. At very minimum login into client accounts 3 times per week to tweak keyword bids, ads, placements, negative keywords, normal keywords, etc. It is very important that you play an ACTIVE management roll and stay on top of these accounts. We do not belive in the 'set it and forget it' mentality when it comes to PPC. We will expect you to continue to work very hard to always be increasing Conversions and CTR while decreasing CPC and CPA.
4. You will schedule bi-weekly meetings with our PPC clients to discuss campaign progress, results, etc.
5. You MUST be a people person that can handle yourself VERY well with customers. You must be friendly, patient and hard working. .
6. We require you keep a brief log or journal of every tweak/modification you make to these PPC accounts so we will know you are actively managing and working hard to increase results for our clients.
8. You must live in Houston or in a surrounding city.
10. You MUST be available for communication during regular business hours through IM and phone. If you have a full time job at an office, do not apply as we cannot work with a freelancer only available at nights and weekends.

Freelance Web Developer:

We are seeking an experienced and competent web developer that lives in the Houston area. This is a work-from-home job that pays by the hour and you will be working on a variety of misc. tasks such as; website updates, modifications, code development, code clean-up, cms implementations, database import/export, flash edits, graphic enhancements, call-to-action placements, form programming, blog installations, etc.

We are looking for an individual with 5+ years experience in web development. You need to be a jack of all trades and be able to hit the ground running without any training. We have a lot of hourly work to task out to the right person. You must be trustworthy, ethical, and most all dependable as we require lightning fast turnaround.
