Roger Janik began working as a professional web designer and web marketer in 2001. He holds a BA in Communications from UHCL. Roger founded ServerSideDesign in 2004 and has established his company as a leading provider for Search Engine Marketing Services in Houston, TX. as well as on a global scale. Roger sits on the BBB Marketing Committee and is often a guest on Fox 26, CBS Radio, and CNN Radio where he discusses the most current trends in website marketing. Johanna holds a BA in Business/Secondary Education from Sam Houston State University along with an MBA from the University of Houston Clear Lake. She has spent the last 9 years in management and sales. Johanna is currently a representative for Server Side Design where she educates clients on the benefits of website marketing and how Server Side Design can acheive their online goals.

Lynn Chorn holds a BS from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. She is passionate about web marketing and is committed to exceeding customer expectations. As one of ServerSideDesign’s project managers, Lynn wants customers to know that they can count on exceptional service and individualized attention.

After receiving a graduate degree in liberal studies with an anthropological focus from ETSU, Ashleigh Bunn spent years working in the web based tourism sector. She is Google AdWords Certified and a web marketing enthusiast.

Matt Hollis has a B.A. in Communications and has worked professionally in public and media relations for the past eight years. His work has appeared in several publications both locally and nationally. Matt writes SEO copy for clients yielding great results. His experience also includes photography and Web design. Hollis graduated from the University of Houston/Clear Lake in 2001.

David York has a BA in Computer Science from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX. He has a rare combination of programming skills and a flare for creative design. His diverse background includes proprietary software development, office automation, database design, web design and development.

Justin Arlan has a corporate background, as well as an advanced degree.  For the last three years, Justin has been extremely active in the SEO community and has focused his energies and talents on the cutting edge of social link building. His contributions to this field and ServerSideDesign are immeasurable.

James Cooper has a BBA in Management Information Sciences from Southern Methodist University, in Dallas, Texas. He was instrumental in building a successful Dallas based web development company and over the years has continued expanding his knowledge of web development to create beautifully designed, cleanly coded, search engine optimized websites that get results.

Connie brings over 15 years of technical sales experience helping companies build holistic online marketing strategies. She offers insight and expertise in sales, marketing, and advertising to help organizations expand their brands and increase revenues.

Dwayne Casey has been designing, coding, and animating web assets for a variety industries including Law, Medical, Oil and Gas, Industrial, Automotive, and Real Estate since 1997. He uses a diverse skill set to produce creative, optimized and functional online media for Server Side Design.

Will has a Bachelors degree in Communication Studies and a Masters degree in Marketing Management. He has a strong background with professional experience in all aspects of Internet marketing (with an emphasis on SEO), web design, client relations, and campaign management. Along with his wealth of experience, Will brings his skills as a creative thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills to his position as Project Manager for Server Side Design.

Nicole Kayal has several years of experience in project administration and project management in engineering, IT and high technology fields. She holds a B.A. in International Studies and Spanish from West Virginia University and a Master's degree in Public Administration. Nicole is one of our talented project managers here at ServerSideDesign.

Teresa Rusnak graduated from State University of New York at Oswego with High Honors. She majored in Graphic Design with a minor in Website Development and received a BFA degree. In the past 9 years she concentrated heavily on Interactive Design, Complex Programming and Search Engine Optimization. Her knowledge also expands to Social Media Marketing. Teresa is multilingual, speaking English, Polish, Russian and Czech.

Tom has a degree in English and Creative Writing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has been a copywriter for over 5 years. Since he started with SSD, he has been helping clients from all over the world write keyword-rich web copy that has greatly increased natural rankings.

Toria holds a BS in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and a Master's of International Business from University of St. Thomas. She has worked as a Project Manager and Business Analyst in the U.S. and in Latin America for over 10 years. She is currently a copy writer for Server Side Design, meeting and greeting clients to ensure their copy reflects their business scope and vision.
